Hello friends, I’ve been hard at work producing a series on Norwegian architecture for two upcoming markets. My work this round focuses largely on the relationship between the residential roofline and the sky. My favorite pieces are those that depict long shadows cast from the oblique sun as Norway approaches winter solstice.
While I’m particularly interested in suburban architecture, my work represents scenes from just outside of Oslo Sentrum to rural areas that border my own suburban neighborhood.
In some works, I’ve divorced the color palette from the subject while maintaining the proportions and perspectives that you would experience at the sidewalk level.
The series is still ongoing and I plan to add a few more to this before moving on. If you see anything you like and want more information, please feel free to contact me here.

Your work is gorgeous! Wow!
Thank you Alicia!
