Rabat friends, have you seen this?  I’ve passed this spot numerous times, but never looked up.  The structure in the bottom right of photo should give you a clue to its location.  It’s the French Institute across from Ty Potes.  You can see the tip of the cathedral in the background.  I wonder if all those hands are pointing towards something noteworthy.
